Wide, elegant and spacious apartment (70 mq) with fully stocked and equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower.
It is located in a pleasant and extremely safe neighborhood (Coppedè).
Central and strategic position that allows you to reach easily with public transport all the touristic, cultural and working place (0,8 mi from Villa Borghese, 1,5 mi from Termini Station, 1,6 mi from Trevi’s Fountain etc…).

Rules

SMOKING: Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

CHECK-IN is generally possible from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
CHECK-OUT is generally by 10:00 a.m.
Out of these times is subject to availability and sometimes to a little extra fee.
In any case both have to be arranged in advance.
To be sure ask always to Alberto.

CITY TAX: Rome' s council administration asks to pay 5 euro per night per person, for a maximum of 10 nights. Kids under 10 years old, don’t pay.

CAUTION DEPOSIT: In presence of animals or kids and in few other cases a little caution deposit could be requested at your check-in (paid preferably through Pay-Pal), which will be returned after your check-out.
